Collaboration construction

Why owners choose us

A partnership built on three promises.

Registered, written terms

Every collaboration is documented and registered. No room for ambiguity later.

Fair owner share

Share percentage is benchmarked transparently against current local rates.

Branded materials

Cement, steel, fittings and electricals — known brands, listed in the agreement.

Our process

From your plot to your keys.

01

Plot evaluation

We visit the plot, study local by-laws, FAR, and what can be built. You get an honest assessment of feasibility and likely owner share.

02

Written agreement

Terms are spelt out clearly — owner share, timelines, material specifications, penalties — and the agreement is registered.

03

Design & approvals

Architectural drawings, structural design and statutory approvals are handled by us, at our cost.

04

Construction

Quality materials, branded fittings and regular updates. You’re welcome at site any time.

05

Handover

On completion, your share is handed over — ready to move in, rent out or sell.
